ABOUT ME

I am Mitch Mares. Father, entrepreneur, coach, and active in fitness, bodybuilding, and lifestyle coaching for over twenty years.

My own journey – from insecurity to national titles – taught me that lasting change requires insight, knowledge, and consistency.

I believe everyone deserves to feel strong and confident – not just physically, but mentally. For years, I saw firsthand how people get stuck due to misinformation, extreme diets, and coaches who don’t listen.

As someone who struggled with visibility and insecurity myself, I know how hard it can be to stay consistent. That’s why I expanded my personal training studio to include online coaching: to help many more people with structure, clarity, and guidance that actually works.

My approach is calm, simple, and honest. No loud motivational speeches. No crash diets. No magic solutions.

I combine my experience in physical training with practical online coaching that fits people with busy lives. My mission is to make you stronger – in your body, but especially in your mind. So you step into each day with more confidence in your own story.
